Learning laboratory where participants will explore the potential of plants through dehydration, maceration, extraction, distillation, fermentation, What products can I learn to make? - Drying plants to extend their use in teas, medicinal salts, and macerated oils - Macerated oils for direct use or for incorporation into creams, balms, suppositories, soaps, or simply in cooking - Extractions in water, vinegar, wine, or brandy to make syrups, concentrates, liqueurs, and tinctures - Distillation to obtain hydrolates and essential oils - Fermentation processes to make bread, kombucha, drinks, wines, vinegars, preserves, kimchi, miso and soy sauce. *The price varies according to the interests and objectives of the participants. ** Several classes can be offered in course format.
