Service Description

I prepare wild menus using local ingredients from our farm for small events and meals booked a week in advance for up to 30 people. Each week of each season offers a surprise in terms of ingredients, so, inspired by what's truly in season, I tend to cook with great creativity and cater to each guest's preferences. Whether it's brunches or snacks, light meals or more traditional meals, there are always new and delicious flavors to discover. Events can be held in special locations in the countryside or at Paço de Lanheses.
